Worship Leader
We’re looking to hire a Worship Leader.
Worship Leader Profile:
PURPOSE:
To lead and plan all Worship activities for church services and various events.
MISSION:
Create an atmosphere that encourages and facilitates worship through congregational singing, modeling a heartfelt and authentic expression of praise and adoration to glorify God.

Essential Functions:
Lead worship during weekly Sunday morning service.
Schedule band, vocalists, and tech team volunteers.
Work with the Lead Pastor on service planning.
Train and encourage others to lead.
Work with and give direction to tech team volunteers.
Work with Lead Pastor to plan and lead special services (special holidays, events, & revival services)
Other duties as assigned by the Lead Pastor
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
1. Ability to lead sing.
2. Ability to play an instrument (guitar or keyboard).
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
4. One who feels called by God into worship ministry.
5. Keep the equipment organized.
6. Keep the stage clean and organized.
7. Help develop solutions for tech and sound engineers as needed.
